Spring!

So, in remembrance of the passing cold weather (oh how I do love a good snow!!), I thought I would post a picture I took a while ago, when the river was still frozen and snow covered.

This is by far one of the best reasons to live in Harrisburg in the winter (aside from snowy photo sessions- which I also love!)!

Miss Olivia Turns 2!!

This past weekend I met up with Olivia and her mom for a fun, girly time at the Hershey Hotel.  We played around with the fountain, the beautiful furniture, and had some fun with beads!  Olivia is so serious all the time, and I love the serious look she gives, when you LEAST expect it!  :)  Happy Birthday Olivia!!  Enjoy!

Flooding in Harrisburg

This week the weather has been CRAZY in Harrisburg!  It rained for over 24 hours a couple days ago, so many people were worried that the Susquehanna River was going to overflow its banks.  Saturday was high crest day, so I drove down to the River Walk and Fort Hunter (two of my favorite places!) to catch some high water shots!  You may remember Fort Hunter from Ethan's Fall Session. 

I will create another post of "after" shots, showing just how high it was after the water goes down! Check back in a couple days.

I am thankful that the water didn't damage any more homes and buildings than it did.  The folks living along the river (a beautiful place to have a house by the way!) were very blessed to not have all this water in their basements!

Isabella turns 7 months!

February is such a fun month to be 7 months!!  :)  Isabella is crawling all over the place and she is currently in such an inquisitive mood, that it makes for a super fun photography session!

This go around we decided to incorporate some of the things she is really interested in, as well as her Valentine's Day Session.  I hope you enjoy the pictures!
