Bennett Maternity | Maternity Photographer Harrisburg, Pa

This sweet family has been a part of my photography family since the beginning!  I cannot believe that this gorgeous little girl is turning 5 AND I can't believe her wonderful mama is having a baby!

A boy at that! LOVE!

I cannot wait to meet this awesome little guy and join the festivities as this little family of 3 becomes a family of 4.

Enjoy.

My Maternity | Maternity Photographer Harrisburg, Pa

So, I am feeling quite nostalgic today.  (don't we all, at some point?)

My son- known fondly for the duration of my maternity as "D2" {don't worry, children of the 90s, you don't have to jump up and get into the Flying V!}, now known as Arlowe Lake, will be turning 4 months old tomorrow.

O.O  <---- my face when I realized this, just this morning.

*sigh*

He had a bit of a rough night, as did his sweet big sister- yikes, double whammy.

So, this morning, as I sat in the infinitely comfortable rocker with the little 15 pounder that has completely stolen my heart, my mind was racing through all of those reels of late-night feedings, snuggles, sleepy sighs, precious little lips, eye lashes.... I think I could *literally* go on forever about baby features.

What's the point, right?

Well.  None, really, other than I was thinking how quickly babies grow (way too quickly, right?) and how this session that is next on the blog agenda is about 3 months shy of a year old already!  I can't believe that this time last year we were meeting with the nurses and doctors at Women's Health, full of excitement and anticipation, for adding a new addition to our family.  What a quick, quick journey my pregnancy became for our family!

Ahh, now *here* is the tie-in to the session I am about to share with you!

Thanks for spending a moment, walking down my nostalgic memory lane with me this morning. :)

I knew I wanted to do a beach maternity session for myself and what better time than when our family (my father-in-law, sister-in-law and her husband, 3 nieces and nephews, along with my sweet family of 3 at the time) vacationed in Wildwood Crest, NJ?

So, off my sweet little family goes to find the *perfect* spot for this maternity session.

Now, let's get down to the questions you probably have.

Do you travel?  Yes I travel.  :)

PUHLEEEZE take me along on your fun family vacations, so I can document all of your memories and adventures, all worry-free!  :)

Are you really going to show who is behind the camera? Yes, you will get a little peek at the chic behind the camera. :)

Yes, again, as I said on Facebook, quite some time ago, it is *really* hard to pick out pictures of yourself to share with the world, but when it comes to gorgeous and beautiful clients, they make it *so* easy!

Enjoy.

I couldn't post about my maternity session, without posting a picture of my gorgeous baby girl. :)  Gosh, I love this kid's smile. <3

Shiftlet City Maternity Session | Maternity Photographer Harrisburg, Pa

I have been dying to shoot a maternity session in an urban setting.  When I asked Katie what she wanted for her maternity session (country or urban) she picked urban!  I was ecstatic!  I am so happy they allowed me to shoot some fun shots and we had a ton of laughs, even though Katie and I were nice and warm and her sweet hubby was freezing to death!  He never complained and you'd never know it was cold by the look on his face!  ;)

Here are a few shots from their super adventurous urban maternity session!  Enjoy.

The next couple of pictures are really cool, and have a hilarious story to go along with them!  Imagine a photographer, pregnant (8 months +) laying on her side, on the grating of the bridge, all to get the *perfect* angle...Yep, that was me!  Bahahaha with at least 10-15 people walking by us.  Lord only knows what was going through their minds!  ;)  Oh, well!  I got the shot I wanted!  :D

Check back soon for a blog on the arrival of their handsome little boy!

Be Blessed.

Snyder Maternity | Maternity Photographer Harrisburg, Pa

I am so blessed to have had the opportunity to get to know this sweet family!  I first met Amy and Stosh through one of my first clients Marshall (Stosh's brother)and Jenny, as well as through Lindsey and Dan (Stosh's sister).  They have allowed me to share in the growth of their little family, and I am so excited about this session!  I first photographed Brynnleigh for her first birthday cake smash- oh what fun we had!!  Then we got to hang out at the Hotel Hershey ice-skating for Christmas!  This is one fun family!

This time, I was blessed to document their sweet family's growth!!  They are expecting a new bundle of joy in August (I can't waaaaait to meet this little sweetie!).  Here are a few images from their session- I hope you enjoy them!
